Hi, I’m Stacey Baker and real estate is in my bones right alongside a love for saltwater and sunshine.
I grew up on the coast of Maine, where my first jobs were lobstering and working in my family’s busy waterfront restaurant alongside my aunts. Those early days taught me the value of hard work, the importance of community, and how to thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
After graduating high school early, I moved to New York City to study Fashion Merchandising and Design. I loved the energy and creativity of the fashion world, but something was missing. The ocean, it turns out, wasn’t just a backdrop for my childhood, it’s part of who I am. So, I followed my instincts and made the move to Florida.
For the past five years, I’ve worked as a Business Manager at a real estate brokerage, where I’ve been deeply involved in every part of the real estate process. I’m licensed in title insurance and have overseen countless closings for happy homeowners. From contracts, compliance, and negotiations to the fine print and the finish line, I’ve done it all.
Having spent so much of my life near the water, I bring a natural awareness to the ins and outs of waterfront living. From spotting red flags in seawalls and docks to understanding the nuances of coastal properties, I help my clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.
I’m also lucky to have a little extra support behind the scenes. My amazing 11 year old son is often seen helping out with virtual property tours—his smiling face has become a bit of a fixture around Tampa Bay listings! And my fiancé happens to be one of the top real estate photographers in the area, capturing properties in their very best light. With their help and a background packed with marketing experience, I make sure every listing I represent is positioned to stand out, delight buyers, and sell strong.
